Elizabeth Alice Dennison, was born on January 7, 1952 to the late John F. and Florence Belle Davis-Dennison in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Elizabeth entered eternal life on May 5, 2018 in Wilmington, Delaware.
“Betty” as she was affectionally called attended the Kennett Consolidated School District. She later worked as a pressor at a local dry cleaning company.
Betty enjoyed reading, crocheting, crossword puzzles and cooking. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as family get-togethers.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Laura E. Palmer; four brothers, John Davis, Robert, Davis, James Davis and John Dennison, Jr.
Betty leaves to cherish her life, her daughter, Michelle (James) Tucker of Wilmington, Delaware; four grandchildren, Angelo Garcia of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Michael Waters of Chester, Pennsylvania, Corsica Waters also of Chester, Pennsylvania, Sasha Carter of Elsmere, Delaware; six great-grandchildren, three sisters, Elva Dennison of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, Georganna Green of Middletown, Delaware, Linda Dennison of Wilmington, Delaware; two brothers, Raymond Dennison of Oxford, Pennsylvania, Howard Dennison of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania; two sisters-in-law, Betty Davis of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Shirley Dennison of Oxford, Pennsylvania; one brother-in-law, Howard Green of Middletown, Delaware. She will also be remembered by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
