Obituary

Tracy E. Rollins was born on June 24, 1959 at the Wilmington General Hospital to Phyllis I. Trader and the late Samuel Priest. She entered eternal rest on Wednesday, January 3, 2019, surrounded by family and friends at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Francis Hospital.

Tracy received her early education at PS DuPont High School in Wilmington. She married Tyrone J. Rollins on June 20, 1998 at the Justice of the Peac.e She worked as a Sterile Processing Technician for Christiana Care Hospital-Wilmington for over 20 years and was loved by her co-workers.

Tracy was preceded by her grandmother, Coral Trader and brother, James Priest.

Tracy is survived by her husband, Tyrone J. Rolins; sons, Tyko A Trader (Taryn Pritchett), and Marques J. Trader; mother, Phyllis L. Whye; stepfather, Vernon K. Whye, Jr; siblings, Missy Williams, Vernon K. Whye, III, Vernoquet K. Green (Edward), and Tanya N. Whye; and her step sister, Alisha Priest; grandchildren, TyMetre Anthony Righter, Nia Marie Trader, Serenity Iris Trader; and a host of step-children, step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and longtime friend, Ruby Nell Croskey.
